Ok, Meloku, here is the issue I talked about in the game. As I said, when I cast First Aid on myself, I do get that little cute icon for it:
BUT, If I use any other skill ( poison, or Serpent Sting etc etc ) or when you cast Shadow Word: Pain ( The one your priest use ) I dont get any icon for that at all. I dont get icon if someone use "Rend" or "Taunt" ( Warriors ) either...
So, what to do?

No idea, i would say get a better UI

Hmm, we have almost the same, just different action bars.
But, issue is fixed now, don't really know how, the game crashed, a couple of days ago and x-pearl addon somehow re-installed or re-loaded itself, and now I can see what buffs my targets has.

ahhh sorry hun i forgot too look but am glad its all sorted out now
and i dunno how u play like that andine that would do my head in
but its gotta be a certain way with me when i play wow gotta have certain addons n skills out a certain way blah blah blah -.-
